SINGLE-ORIGIN · AFRICAN ESTATES · SPRINGFIELD, MO
Africa's Finest.
Springfield's Own.
Single-origin coffee sourced from the world's best growing estates, roasted right here in Missouri.
Sourced from diverse regions in Africa according to rigorous quality standards, with only the finest selections chosen.
A note on roast.
We don’t roast to a color. We roast to a profile.
Light, medium, dark — those are approximations. Shortcuts. A way of making coffee selection feel familiar when it should feel intentional. Every bean we source has an optimal expression determined by its origin, its altitude, its processing method, and the harvest itself. We find that point and we roast to it. Precisely.
What arrives in your bag isn’t a preference. It’s a standard.
Trust the coffee.
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Decaf Single-Origin · 16 oz · Whole Bean
Some people drink coffee in the morning. You drink it whenever you want.
Not because you can’t help yourself — because you genuinely love it. The warmth of it. The ritual of it. The way a perfect cup has nothing to do with the time on the clock and everything to do with the quality in the cup. You’re not drinking decaf because someone told you to. You’re drinking it because you want coffee, it happens to be 9pm, and frankly that’s nobody’s business but yours.
Sourced from the same calibre of African estates as every Karbon offering. Processed to remove the caffeine and absolutely nothing else. The complexity is still there. The depth is still there. The standard is still there.
Because you deserve the best cup at any hour. Not a compromise. Not a consolation.
Always.
Tasting notes vary by origin — region noted on each bag.
Kenyan Single-Origin · 16 oz · Whole Bean
Some coffees are good. This one is electric.
Kenya sits at the pinnacle of the coffee world for one reason — its beans don’t simply taste good, they perform. Grown in the fertile highlands surrounding Mount Kenya, at elevations that would humble most other origins, these beans develop a complexity and brightness that hits you from the very first sip and refuses to apologise for it. The pronounced acidity isn’t sharp — it’s alive. Bright citrus, black currant, and ripe berry notes unfold across the palate, balanced by a natural sweetness and a finish that lingers long after the cup is empty.
This is not background coffee. This is the cup that reminds you why you started drinking coffee in the first place.

Tasting notes: bright citrus, black currant, ripe berry, cane sugar — vibrant acidity, long sweet finish.
Ethiopian Single-Origin · 16 oz · Whole Bean
Every great story has a beginning. Coffee’s begins here.
Ethiopia is not simply where we source our beans — it is where coffee itself was born. Grown at high altitude across diverse microclimates, each lot carries the genetic complexity that no other origin on earth can replicate. Washed and natural processed varieties offer two entirely different experiences — bright, floral, and citrus-forward from the washed, or bold, fruit-heavy, and wine-like from the natural — yet both carry the unmistakable signature of a bean that has had thousands of years to perfect itself.
Scored 90%+ on professional Q-grading standards before it ever reaches your cup.
Tasting notes: jasmine, bright citrus, stone fruit, dark berry — clean finish, remarkable complexity.
